Exciting news came early in 2018, as Mr Biffo announced ambitious plans for a Digitiser YouTube series. Billed as proper retro gaming telly infused with the classic Digi spirit, as soon as the Kickstarter opened to fund it, Biffo was inundated with support in the form of financial pledges, offers of help, and just general words of encouragement.
When the campaign closed at the beginning of April, it had raised £44,526 in pledges - more than six times the target amount - from more than 1,000 eager supporters.
Digitiser The Show was the Digi event of the year, nay decade, and each of the episodes can be viewed below.
A second series was successfully funded in 2021, raising a staggering £74,862 - and launched with a series of specials in late December 2022, to tie in with Digitiser's 30th anniversary on 1 January 2023. The full series followed in January 2024.
